Located right in the heart of downtown Nederland, we are home to a variety of local businesses, independent professionals, entrepreneurs, wellness practitioners and artists.
A variety of seating options, outdoor balconies and a modern break area give our members lots of space. Two conference rooms and a phone booth room are available for client meetings or private conversation. And, our back-up generator keeps us up and running when mountain power outages sometimes interfere with productivity.
Jen & Steve’s Story
After starting their family, Jen left her corporate career and Steve relocated his business to Nederland so he could be closer to home. Knowing from experience that working from home has its challenges, they saw the need for a space for people who work from home to gather and be productive. They decided to build a commercial space at 80 Big Springs and within that space they opened Hub Ned, the first and only co-working space in the Peak to Peak region.
They started this business to give members of the Peak to Peak community a place to get the job done so that you can get out and have fun.
